Stator Coil Injectors

The MPC 370 series Stator Coil Injectors are rugged, high production machines. The wedge maker and injector mechanisms are assembled on a caster mounted, heavy duty steel frame. The wedge feed system is driven by a stepper motor and the basic machine functions are controlled by a state-of-the-art programmable controller. To fit your specific application, we have vertical, inclined, and horizontal tooling positioned models.

The standard MPC Model 370-C1 uses a "top load" design. This permits complete accessibility to all machine mechanisms including injection and wedgemaker tooling. The tooling can be easily removed by loosening two bolts, pulling two slip pins and lifting tool set up and out of the machine.

To satisfy flexible manufacturing requirements, the MPC "Swing-Line" Model 372-C1 incorporates a unique patented turret mechanism for quick change.

MPC also offers our Automated 320 Series Index Table Injectors, featuring auto load and unload. The 320 Series is available in a configuration to meet your requirements and expectations.
